We stayed in a one bedroom condo in this resort. The unit was very new, well appointed, and in good shape. The bedroom was spacious and so was the bathroom (connected to the bedroom but with separate access through the hallway as well). Very nice place. Rooms are usually quiet. Very complicated layout, Hard to find anything. Routes to pool, parking, lobby are not well labeled. I would not want to be in some of the rooms if the place ever caught fire. Not enough parking and parking spaces are too small. The Ocean Villas are beautiful, but the inconsistencies in service can leave you frustrated. The positives: The breakfast buffet, decent snorkeling right off the resort's beachfront, the Westin Heavenly Shower. This was a timeshare exchange and it was great. We ate at the bar/restuarant for dinner the first night since we were sooo tired. The food was great and the prices very reasonable. We had a 2 bedroom unit and was fantastic. Very clean and everyone was very helpful. more
