We stayed in Daytona for the race and it was a 15 min walk to the race way. Lots of places to eat w/in walking distance. The only positives were the price and location. Otherwise, the place is filthy, our balcony obviously had not been cleaned in weeks, cig butts everywhere, very old bird's nest on the a/c unit. stayed on a tuesday night and got a room that was good. hotel does need some work to it and is old but the first room i stayed in was clean and everything worked properly.
