The reception area and downstairs bar are both pretty nice and the rooms are ok. Had a problem checking one of our party in as the booking wasn't showing up but the hotel is fine and does the job. Would say it's slightly above a Premier Inn. more

The Marks has an interesting challenge - it wants to be up there with the Malmaison but does not know how to get there. My daughter and I stayed at the Marks Hotel for a theatre/shopping trip to Glasgow.
